I'm Here to Remind You That You Were Always the Fire.
Welcome! I’m Hélène. Cultural disruptor, deep listener, and sacred strategist.
I work at the intersection of personal liberation and public expression, because I believe your power is not in how perfectly you perform, but in how unapologetically you express.
Bridging the sacred and the strategic, I help you trust yourself on a Tuesday morning, not just on a full moon. I cut through the smoke and show you the fire that's already there. I don't do surface-level self-help or spiritual bypassing.
I here to help high-achieving women stop waiting until they're 60 to enjoy their wild and precious life.
10+ years coaching high-level leaders, artists, and rebels

Former federal investigator turned sacred strategist (yes, really)
You don't need to shout to be heard or make a scene to feel seen.
You move with an effortless je ne sais quoi…daring yet gracious, confident without pretense.
Your style is unapologetically your own, an embodiment of liberté (freedom) and joie de vivre (joy of living).
You are the quiet revolution. The embodiment of sustainable evolution.

My Story: Liberté Meets Leadership
Raised between France and the U.S., I was shaped by two very different ways of being. One world taught me the art of indulgence, the elegance of slowing down, the power of presence. The other taught me to build, to strive, to achieve.
I don't ask my clients to choose between pleasure and progress, intuition and execution, softness and strength. I show them how to hold it all.
This Franco-American lens lives in everything I create—from Le Salon and The Self-Expression Academy to The Reclamation. It's why French phrases dance through my work. It's why I believe in self-expression as a birthright and embodiment as a strategy.
The Path That Led Me Here
(Hint: It didn’t happen overnight)
I spent years as a federal investigator. I was really good at it. I knew how to read people, uncover truth, navigate systems built to obscure it. I learned how to hold power without performing it—speaking up when my opinion was unpopular, setting a boundary without apologizing for it, staying grounded when everyone else was spiraling—and how to see what others missed, how to trust my instincts when the data didn't add up.
But I also learned what happens when you build a life that looks impressive from the outside while quietly abandoning yourself on the inside.
I was stretched thin, over-responsible, under-expressed. I carried the emotional load like a second job and expanded beyond my natural limits because that's what high-achievers do—we build capacity the hard way, outsource nothing, and internalize everything.
Then I hit a wall. Not the dramatic kind. The quiet kind. The kind where you lie awake at 2am and think: Is this really it?
Then I hit a wall. Not the dramatic kind. The quiet kind. The kind where you lie awake at 2am and think: Is this really it?
I didn't blow up my life and run off to Europe (though the French side of me considered it). I didn't quit everything and start over. I did something harder: I stayed, and I rebuilt from the inside out.
Not by creating something new, but by reclaiming what was already there—the woman I'd been before I learned to call exhaustion "ambition" and settling "fine."
That reclamation became my work. Because once you stop performing and start living from your unshakeable center, not the one you think you're supposed to have, but the one that's always been there—everything shifts. Your relationships, your work, your capacity to hold joy without waiting for permission.
Now I help other women do the same. Not because I have it all figured out, but because I know what it's like to choose yourself when it would be easier not to.
Some of My Favorite Things
Because the best work happens when we see each other fully. Not just as coach and client, but as whole humans with lives, interests, and quirks that make us who we are. Connection isn't built on accomplishments, it's built in the moments where we recognize ourselves in each other. So here's a glimpse into what makes me, me.
Horseback Riding
There's something about being with horses that’s so grounding. They don't care about your credentials. They respond to your energy, your presence, your truth.
Long Dinners with Good Wine
The French side of me will never apologize for this. Give me a table full of people I love, food that took time to prepare, and hours to savor it all.
Old Stories & Big Questions
Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Carlo Rovelli, Carl Sagan, Star Trek. I'm fascinated by the myths we live by and the philosophical questions that have no clean answers.
Vintage Velvet & Candlelight
My vibe is speakeasy sophistication meets barefoot in the forest. I love spaces that feel both elegant and earthy, like you could spill wine and no one would care.
The Woods, the Ocean, the Wild
I need nature the way other people need coffee. It's where I remember who I am when the world gets loud.
Building Community
I serve on the boards of arts organizations and a fair housing center because I believe in co-creating a better world. Local libraries, independent bookstores, small businesses that sustain the village.
