This is where you let yourself dive in

Where ambitious women stop abandoning themselves to succeed

You look around your life and realize you've built something impressive, yet there's almost no space inside it for you. Your calendar is full. Your capacity is spoken for. Your energy pours into obligations that once made sense and now feel like a weight.

You became the woman who can hold ten things at once while quietly abandoning herself. You became excellent at managing a life that doesn't fully nourish you.

You keep telling yourself that someday you'll slow down.
Someday, you'll have space and time.
Someday, you'll create the life you keep imagining.

But someday never arrives. And you know it.
Inside the SEA, this pattern ENDS.

This Is For You If...

Your calendar is color-coded but your cup is empty.

You have 3 hours of screen time and zero hours for the painting, the writing, the thing that used to make you feel alive.

You're the one everyone leans on, and you've forgotten what it feels like to be held.

You have big goals—the business, the book, the move, the pivot—but you keep looking for space to fit them in instead of building a life that makes space for you.

You've done the therapy, the books, the courses—nothing sticks.

You keep saying "when things calm down" but you know they never will.

There's a version of yourself you keep postponing until "someday".

You don't want to blow up your life—you want to stop abandoning yourself inside of it.

Hélène in a blue dress with a plunging neckline, standing outdoors with a blurred green and yellow background.

You're ready to...

  • Finally make the move you've been putting off for two years

  • Pick up the creative practice you abandoned and stop waiting for "when things calm down"

  • Set boundaries without guilt and trust they'll hold

  • Work WITH your cycles instead of grinding through them

  • Be ten toes down on a decision without needing everyone's approval

Here's Where We Flip The Script

Your life stops happening by momentum and starts being shaped with intention. Not by blowing everything up and running off to Europe. Not by doing less. But by leveraging the systems, rhythms, and patterns that carry your life so they finally support you instead of draining you.

You don't need a reinvention that wipes everything clean. You need a reclamation that makes your life feel like yours again.

The most powerful resource you have is your capacity to lead your own life with clarity and ownership. That is what we reclaim together.

I'm Ready to Reclaim My Life →

You tried it. You made it. And you're mad as hell it didn't actually make you happy.

How It Works: Your Year Inside The SEA

Twelve months. Small, deliberate shifts that shape a life that finally feels like yours.

Within The SEA, you'll work with your body's rhythms, life's seasons, and the way transformation actually happens when you stop white-knuckling it. Every practice is rooted in neuroscience, ancestral wisdom, and real-world application—a proven framework that creates sustainable change, not another quick fix that fades.

You're not creating something new. You're returning to what's already there, the woman you've always been underneath all the performing, the people-pleasing, and the productivity. She's been waiting.

One Year Gives You:

All the seasons

The breakthroughs AND the plateaus. The clarity AND the confusion. I'm here for the full cycle, not just the highlight reel.

Time to actually live it.

You'll set the boundary and experience what happens after. You'll have the hard conversation and be supported through the fallout. You'll make the move and figure out who you are on the other side.

A place to come home to.

No more "what program do I need next?" No more piecing yourself together with fragments hoping something sticks. One place. Twelve months. A soft place to land when shit gets real.

The Full Immersion:
12 Months Inside the SEA

  • You can't lead your life from a nervous system running on survival mode. This is where you regulate, ground, and create space for the life you want to live. You learn to feel your feelings, reclaim your response, and understand your cycles.

You'll work through: Strategies for overcoming overwhelm, perception work, cycle awareness, and the Unf*ckwithable Confidence workshop.

What changes: You stop living in your head. You start trusting your body.

01.

  • This is where you get clear on your values and priorities. Not the polished ones you put on LinkedIn or Instagram. The real ones that guide your choices when no one's watching.

You'll work through: The Purpose Workbook and the Unf*ck Your Focus workshop.

What changes: You know what matters and what doesn't. You stop choosing based on external pressure.

02.

  • You've been managing everyone else's comfort for so long you forgot what real belonging feels like. This is where you stop performing to fit in.

You'll work through: The foundations of belonging, performing vs. belonging, navigating circles of trust, real connection vs. transactional relationships, and the politics of connection.

What changes: You start building relationships rooted in truth, not performance.

03.

  • Continuation of relational work. You learn the difference between contributing and overextending. You practice letting go of relationships that drain you.

You'll work through: The inconvenience of friendship, meeting people without shrinking, contributing without overextending, creating chosen family, and releasing what no longer serves.

What changes: Your relationships start nourishing you instead of exhausting you.

04.

  • You've been managing everyone else's feelings long enough. This is where you stop shrinking. You learn communication that honors your voice and your boundaries.

You'll work through: Understanding and redefining communication, authenticity in communication, reclaiming your results (self-talk + audacity), questioning your reality, embracing conflict, and self-assessments (VAKOG and MPVI).

What changes: You start speaking from truth instead of from fear.

05.

  • Advanced communication work. You set boundaries that hold. You learn how to apologize without diminishing yourself. You navigate conflict with clarity.

You'll work through: Pre-framing, boundaries (yes and no), defining the problem, active listening, focusing on possibilities (non-violent communication), and how to apologize.

What changes: You stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace.

06.

  • Pleasure isn't a reward for productivity. It's the fuel that keeps you alive. This is where you remember how to rest without guilt and reclaim joy as a non-negotiable practice.

You'll work through: Sacred rest, romanticizing your life, ritualizing pleasure, and daily practices that honor your aliveness.

What changes: You stop waiting for permission to enjoy your life. You start living it now.

07.

  • This is not a throwaway month. This is where you make sure everything you've learned settles into your body and your days. You revisit what needs deeper integration. You pause. You prepare for the transformation ahead.

What changes: The shifts become permanent. The work becomes you.

08.

  • This is where your internal shifts become structural changes in your life. You explore masculine and feminine integration, deconstruct productivity culture and self-abandonment patterns, and learn how to lead your life with clarity instead of urgency.

You'll work through: Returning to yourself, divine feminine erasure, masculine structure + feminine flow, embodied leadership, and deconstructing inherited systems.

What changes: You learn to hold both the woman you are now and the woman you're becoming.

09.

  • Shadow work. Collective wounds. Body as spiritual map. This is where surface-level self-help ends and embodied spiritual practice begins.

You'll work through: Grounding and spiritual sovereignty, shadow and collective wounds, body as spiritual map (chakras + 3 cauldrons), and intuition as your translator.

What changes: You stop bypassing the hard stuff. You integrate it.

10.

  • Energy clearing. Your inner council. Ancestral lineage and past lives. The Akashic Records. This is advanced spiritual work for women ready to go deep.

You'll work through: Energy clearing and replenishment, your inner council, ancestral lineage and past lives, and the Akashic Records.

What changes: You tap into wisdom beyond this lifetime.

11.

  • This is where everything crystallizes. You work with your cycles—menstrual, lunar, seasonal, personal. You integrate divine power. You graduate into the woman who leads her life with sovereignty.

You'll work through: Divine power and reclamation, cycles in time (menstrual, lunar, seasonal, personal), integration and daily practice, and the integration circle and graduation.

What changes: Your internal leadership becomes the force that shapes your external life. You stop performing someone else's version of success and start living yours.

Your guide

Hi, I’m Hélène

French American leadership mentor and sacred strategist who bridges presence with performance, intuition with structure, and healing with action

I've guided hundreds of high-achieving women back to themselves, not by giving them another framework to follow, but by helping them reclaim their voice, trust their own authority, and lead their lives from clarity, not urgency.

I know what it's like to have built something impressive and still feel like you're abandoning yourself to maintain it. I know what it's like to crave more and feel guilty for wanting it when you already have so much.

My work is rooted in sovereignty, presence, and the truth that the life you want doesn't require becoming someone new—it requires trusting who you already are.

What Changes When You Reclaim Your Center

You don't come here to learn how to be more polished.
You come here to learn how to be more unabashedly you.

You quit the job, leave the relationship, or start the thing—without spiraling. You set a boundary on Tuesday and don't apologize for it by Thursday. You make a decision and stay ten toes down without polling everyone you know.

You pick up the painting, the writing, the creative practice you abandoned. You stop saying "I don't have time" when what you mean is "I haven't made space for me." You feel held by the people around you because you finally know how to hold yourself. You actually enjoy what you've built instead of just hustling to maintain it.

This isn't about becoming louder. It's about becoming aligned.

Sacred meets strategic.
Identity meets structure.
